Run Hard will be participating in the 7th Annual Rhythm & Roots Run. This event brings live music at locations along the route as well as moisture wicking t-shirts. The 5K will start and finish at The Don Gibson Theatre located at 318 South Washington Street in historic uptown Shelby, NC. The route winds through Uptown Shelby and around the historic 1907 courthouse on the beautiful court square, home of The Earl Scruggs Center. The race fee is included in the Run Hard Program Cost.

Participants earn rewards along the way. For example, when runners accomplish 1.5 miles they have earned their Run Hard t-shirt. Our goal is to reward participants for working hard to achieve a goal. Upon completion of the program, each participant will have earned a water bottle, dri-fit moisture wicking shirt and finisher medal.
